Malala Fund is working for a world where every girl can learn and lead.

Girls have big plans for their futures — no matter where they live.

But the poorest girls in the poorest countries often receive just three years of education. Over the past 15 years, the international community has worked to help girls stay in school for up to nine years. This still isn’t enough. If leaders don’t fund universal access to 12 years of quality primary and secondary education, we will all lose out on the potential girls have to change the world.

This paper proposes a way forward.
